Profiles International® is a founding member of the Test Publishers Association® and has been providing assessments to business and industry since 1991. They conduct validation, reliability, and discrimination testing on an ongoing basis to insure the validation of the assessments.
The Profiles XT® and the Profiles Sales Assessments® have constructs with the highest correlation of behavioral predictability within the assessment industry. These two assessments are used for selection, coaching, fit, developmental planning, succession planning, and several other methods for talent management. They measure cognitive, behavior, and career interest of candidates along with using a job match process to reduce turnover and insure the best job fit. The Profiles Sales Assessment® adds additional critical sales constructs to insure sales teams have the right behavioral propensity such as money preference, prospecting, self-starting, and ability to close the sale.

Step One Survey II® (SOSII)
The SOSII is a brief pre-hire assessment that measures an individual's basic work-related values. ProfileXT® (PXT)
The ProfileXT (PXT) assessment measures how well an individual fits specific jobs in your organization. The "job modeling" feature of the PSA is unique, and can be customized by company, sales position, department, manager, geography, or any combination of these factors.
